When it comes to the tourism industry you have to evolve and be creative with your marketing. You need target marketing to appeal to the right audience and make a connection.
So let me introduce you to 50 sniffs and a marketing campaign for a seaside resort in England.
I actually found out about this through watching my local TV news earlier this week. Apparently there has been a growing trend of lip syncing to popular songs whilst making a fun/novel videos. Well 50 sniffs, who I assume is a novelty act has taken it a step further.
The marketing tactics here are for a seaside town called Skegness. They have taken to rewriting the words of a Nicki Minaj song in a light hearted way. You may remember that the last time I quoted the “Starship” lyrics of “Beach, each, let’s go to the beach” I was talking about allegedly the most famous beach in the world.
Well today the song is re-written in a fun marketing way.
This certainly made me laugh, I hope that you enjoy it. (Apologies for the occasional hand gesture which I think is not appropriate to the video.)
